We're so glad you're continuing your flamenco journey with us. This year brings some exciting changes — take a few minutes to see what's new and re-enroll with confidence.

Here's what's new this year:

  • No more class cards — we've moved to monthly membership-based enrollment
  • New divisions — Youth, Teen, and Adult with clear levels inside each
  • Companion classes — what used to be special topics
  • Year-long schedule — August 10 - May 7, 2027 · no more semester cards
  • We place you — you'll receive an email with your recommended placement
  • Direct Mindbody enrollment — once you receive your placement email

Fill out the registration form to update your contact information, address, or any other details we need on file

Use your enrollment link in the email or the buttons below to go directly to Mindbody and register for your classes

Complete your purchases in Mindbody — annual registration fee, tuition, companion studies, and La Estrella registration if participating

    Select your recommended placement class under "Which Contract or Package would you like?"

    Select 8/15/2026 as your start date.

  • 3

    Click the checkmark saying "I agree with the above terms."

  • 4

    Click "Make Purchase." Then, click "Continue Shopping."

  • 5

    Select any additional/applicable contracts and repeat steps 1-4.

    • Companion studies, if applicable
    • La Estrella participation fee, if applicable
    • Annual registration fee - everyone must pay the annual registration fee.

    Once you are done, review your cart and ensure your contracts are set to start on 8/15/2026. That's when the first autopay will be drafted.

    Click "Check Out" when you are ready to complete the purchase.

    Login to your Mindbody account when prompted.

    • Your account should be under the student's name (not the parent or guardian's name). Parents may use their own email address and contact information. If your account isn't setup properly from earlier years, please reach out to us at education@nifnm.org for assistance.
    • Each student must have their own Mindbody account. If you are registering multiple children, please create a separate account for each student using that child's name.

Youth Flamenco

Ages 3–12

Description

Youth Flamenco introduces young dancers to the art of flamenco through age-appropriate instruction that builds confidence, coordination, and musicality. Students develop a strong technical foundation while exploring the rich traditions of flamenco in a supportive and engaging environment. As they progress, companion classes expand their understanding of dance, music, and Spanish culture, preparing them for continued study within the Conservatory.

Teen Flamenco

Ages 12–17

Description

Teen Flamenco provides focused training for students who are ready to deepen their technical skills, artistic expression, and performance abilities. Through structured training pathways that include technique, repertory, and specialized companion classes, students develop discipline, confidence, and a well-rounded understanding of flamenco. The program encourages dancers to take ownership of their artistic growth while preparing them for advanced Conservatory study and performance opportunities.

Adult Flamenco welcomes dancers of all experience levels, from beginners discovering flamenco for the first time to advanced artists seeking continued professional-level training. Through thoughtfully designed class pathways, students build technical excellence, musicality, artistry, and physical wellness while exploring the depth and traditions of flamenco. Whether pursuing flamenco for personal enrichment, performance, or lifelong learning, adults are supported by a curriculum that encourages continual growth in a welcoming and inspiring community.

About student companies

The Conservatory of Flamenco Arts Student Companies provide dedicated students with opportunities to expand their artistic training through performance, leadership, and community engagement. Through participation in Niños Flamencos and Teeños, students gain valuable stage experience while developing discipline, confidence, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of flamenco as both an art form and a cultural tradition. Student Company members serve as ambassadors for the Conservatory of Flamenco Arts and the National Institute of Flamenco, representing our programs with professionalism, respect, and artistic excellence.

Niños Flamencos

Students enrolled in Youth Flamenco 3 and Youth Flamenco 4 are eligible to audition or be invited to join Niños Flamencos. Placement is determined by the Artistic Directors based on each student's technical development, artistic readiness, work ethic, and commitment to the Conservatory.

Niños Flamencos introduces young dancers to the responsibilities and rewards of Student Company membership. Through rehearsals, performances, and leadership opportunities, students continue building a strong technical foundation while developing confidence, teamwork, and stage experience.

Schedule & Required Classes

  • Flamenco Technique: Youth Flamenco 3 or Youth Flamenco 4 — Wednesdays 4:30–5:30 pm & Saturdays 11:30–12:30 pm
  • One or more Companion Classes

Teeños

Students enrolled in Teen Flamenco 2 and Teen Flamenco 3 are eligible to audition or be invited to join Teeños. Placement is determined by the Artistic Directors based on each student's technical development, artistic readiness, work ethic, and commitment to the Conservatory.

Teeños provides advanced students with expanded opportunities for artistic development, leadership, and performance. Members deepen their technical training while serving as mentors and role models within the Conservatory community. They collaborate with faculty, guest artists, musicians, and younger students while representing the Conservatory at performances and community events.

  • Flamenco Technique: Teen Flamenco 2 or Teen Flamenco 3 — Tuesdays & Thursdays

Placement

Membership is by audition or invitation and is reserved for students who demonstrate strong technical ability, consistent attendance, a positive attitude, and a commitment to their training. Company members are expected to maintain enrollment in all required Conservatory classes, attend scheduled rehearsals and performances, and uphold the standards and values of the Conservatory of Flamenco Arts.
