 COVID POLICIES

  • We ask that students do not come to in-person class if they are feeling unwell, experiencing any COVID or COVID-like symptoms, or have been exposed to a person with COVID.

  • Help us by making sure your registration information is up-to-date, including emergency contact information, and indication of any health issues, allergies, or other conditions our teachers need to be aware of.

    CANCELLATION POLICIES

    • Conservatory of Flamenco Arts: Refunds, credits, or extensions will not be granted due to student nonattendance or illness.

    • Performance Cancellation and Postponement Policy: For canceled performances that are rescheduled, tickets are carried over to a later date and not refunded; for canceled performances that are not rescheduled, tickets are refunded. Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise at time of purchase.

      • Due to the nature of scheduling live performances, schedules, pricing, and artists are subject to change, replacement, and/or cancellation as determined to be necessary and appropriate by the National Institute of Flamenco.  In the case of a natural disaster, national, state or local emergency, or other force majeure event(s), the National Institute of Flamenco will follow the above mentioned cancellation policy.
