Grants Manager
The National Institute of Flamenco seeks a full-time, experienced Grants Manager to join our
development team. The Grants Manager will play a vital role in raising over $1.6 million annually,
collaborating closely with the Leadership and Programs staff. Responsibilities include researching
funding opportunities, writing and submitting proposals and Letters of Intent (LOIs), stewarding
grants, and managing reporting and closeout processes. The Grants Manager will ensure that the
Institute’s grant writing and related procedures are executed professionally, efficiently, on
schedule, and in line with best practices in grant-seeking. This position is critical for securing
funding to sustain, grow, and innovate the Institute’s excellent flamenco arts programming in New
Mexico.
Major Gifts Officer
The National Institute of Flamenco seeks a full-time, experienced Major Gifts Officer to join our
development team. The Major Gifts Officer will play a pivotal role in securing significant philanthropic
support from individual donors, helping to advance the Institute’s annual operating goals and strategic
vision. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of major donors and prospects, cultivating
meaningful relationships, developing individualized solicitation strategies, and stewarding supporters
with professionalism, authenticity, and excellence. Working closely with Leadership, Board Members,
and Development team, the Major Gifts Officer will help strengthen the organization’s culture of
philanthropy and increase long-term mission investment. This role is critical to raising the contributed
revenue needed to sustain, grow, and innovate the Institute’s nationally celebrated flamenco arts
programming.
