Miguelito brand shoes have a 100% leather upper, lining and sole with nails on heel and tip for percussive sound. They are handmade in Mexico. The heel on the folklorico shoe is lower than a traditional flamenco shoe, making it our choice for young people who are still growing and strengthening their feet and ankles.

Miguelito Model 1710 “Folklorico,” has a lower heel, which is preferable for children or beginner level students.

*Shoes are running 1/2 size small for US standard sizes for regular width feet, and a full size small for wider feet. 

For children we recommend a full size up for regular width feet and 1 1/2 size up for wider feet.
