National Institute of Flamenco’s Subscription Policies

Refunds
All ticket and subscription purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final. 

Transfers
Tickets and subscriptions are non-transferable, except in cases of justified need (illness, emergency, etc.) as approved by the National Institute of Flamenco (NIF). Once transferred, they cannot be returned to the original purchaser.

Exchanges
Tickets and subscriptions cannot be exchanged between different performances, dates, or seasons. 

Cancellations
In the rare event that NIF must cancel a performance, subscribers and ticket holders will be offered their choice of a refund or the option to donate the ticket value in support of the Institute.

Program Changes
Artists, dates, and programs are subject to change. Due to the nature of producing live performance, NIF reserves the right to change artists, dates, and programs. 

Attendance
Unused tickets are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit. No refunds will be provided due to nonattendance. 

Policy on Chargebacks
Subscription holders will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” for purchases. Should the subscription holder seek a chargeback, the subscription and/or tickets may be canceled, and NIF may, at its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future purchases made from all credit card accounts on which such chargebacks have been made.

Subscription Structure & Benefits
Each subscription includes one (1) ticket to the four (4) designated performances in the 2025–26 season. Subscriber benefits include:

  • Reduced rates compared to single-ticket purchases: discounts of 20% off of the face value of individual tickets. 

  • Early access to new shows.

Fees & Service Charges
All handling, facility, or processing fees are already applied to subscriptions and are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
Duplicate digital tickets may be reissued with proper verification. NIF is not liable for lost or stolen tickets. 

Resale Policy
Tickets and subscriptions may not be resold outside of authorized channels. Unauthorized resale may result in cancellation without refund. Please ensure that your subscription purchase is made only through the NIF website. 

Force Majeure
If a performance is canceled due to circumstances beyond NIF’s control (including but not limited to weather, illness, emergency, natural disaster, or venue closure), ticket holders may select a refund or donate the cost of the ticket to NIF. 

Ticket Delivery Timeline

Digital subscription tickets will be delivered no later than 30 days prior to the first performance.

Communications
All official notifications (ticket delivery, changes, cancellations) will be sent to the email on file. Purchasers are responsible for keeping their contact details current and entering contact information correctly at the time of checkout. 

Acknowledgment at Checkout
All purchasers must check a box acknowledging agreement to these Terms & Conditions before completing their order.
